The price, as per budget, includes: bedlinen and towels with weekly change, final cleaning, use of all kitchen appliances and air conditioning. All consumptions of water, electricity and gas are included, as well as the use of the swimming pool, barbecue and wi-fi connection. Even the parking, in the reserved area, is free and without reservation.
For stays from 01/06 to 30/09 the municipal tourist tax is due, for guests aged 14 and over, in the amount of 1 euro per night per person, for a maximum of 7 nights. Payable on arrival in cash only.
Upon your arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of 100 € (in cash). The deposit will be returned to you upon check-out if there is no damage to the structure or substantial violation of the rules below.
I remind you that the check-in time is from 17:00 to 22:00 and any delays will be promptly communicated to the number indicated above, to avoid unpleasant waiting times.
Check out time is from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. If check out is requested at times when it is not possible to check the apartment, the deposit is returned by bank transfer, within 5 working days and after checking the condition of the accommodation.

HOUSE RULES
At check-out the apartment must be in an acceptable state of order, all garbage must be placed in the appropriate bags, following the instructions for differentiation. Food residues must be removed from dishes, pans and the refrigerator must be empty. Any leftovers of provisions and food in general must also be removed from the furniture and the kitchen. Used linen and towels must be collected for the final inspection. In case of non-compliance with these simple rules of civilization, a penalty will be charged to be deducted from the security deposit, whose amount is established by our Staff at the sole discretion.
